Powder Coating's types and production
There are two main types of powder coatings: thermosetting and thermoplastic plastics. This variety will be developed using thermosetting cross-linking agent. When baking powder, which is reflected in other chemical groups in polymer powder and an increase in molecular weight, higher performance attributes. Thermoplastic variety does not accept any other in the baking process of the reaction, but only out to the final coating.
The most common polymer used in polyester, polyester epoxy (such as hybrid known), straight epoxy (FBE) and acrylic resin.
